While it is certainly not perfectly consistent (all the bad guys are still alive all the good guys are dead, or at least have lost their best equipment. Using the band editor program is just obnoxious, I don’t know the internal names of anything, and there’s no visual reference to see if everything works together. FAangband's principal focus as a variant is to immerse the player in the world of Tolkien's Silmarillion late in the First Age. I’ve looked for a save editor, but there doesn’t seem to be one available yet.

Fixed Windows bug where you can't move one of the font files after having played a game this reboot. main-x11 now reads window placement from x11-settings.prf.

I have the instruments (except pro drums), but nowhere near the skill or time. basically playing the game in an old-school terminal window for those who like uncluttered gameplay. Right now all I care about is customizing my band, and mastering every single instrument along with their pro variants is just something I can’t do. Fixed direction pad being duplicated due to save/restore of user buttons. The file Save Pack with modded guns is a modification for Borderlands 3, a (n) action game. Turned off skipping game button for keys that have a user button. Might need to delete BUTTONS.DEF in faangband/nds dir. However, the unlocks I have left to get are all too daunting, and not worth the commitment, especially Fox on the Run. Fixed problems with button names/loading/saving. I’ve completed all but 1 challenge for both guitar and bass (the 5 stars on all songs on expert, I have 7 to go), and gotten a decent amount on other instruments. All port versions are compatible with save file format for FAangband 1.2.7. I’m not sure if this is the place to ask, but does anyone have a completionist save they’d like to share? I’ve put many hours into the game, and while I’m not one of those super experts, I am a decent chunk through the final rank. On the first launch the game must create 'raceprobs' file, it takes about 40 sec.
